You're watching a playthrough that was recorded on an emulator with save states, frame advance, and slow-motion, which is why the video has the TAS (Tool-Assisted Superplay/playthrough/playaround) tag at the end of the title. I’ve been waiting someday to TAS this game on this platform, but this is one of the ports I’ve never been able to play. I really love the soundtrack in this version (not saying it's the best, though). As for the gameplay, I’m not sure but some combos won Sagat, Balrog, and Zangief just don’t work the same way they do in the arcade version. I tried pulling off a 10-hit combo, but the hitboxes weren’t cooperating... or maybe I just haven’t figured out how to make it work in this version yet.
Could I just say that this is an obscure port of this game?
