Garage of Awesome Racing runs several rally cars across both dirt and tarmac with our most successful to date a 1984 Nissan 300ZX (Z31), non turbo that we are rallying in the Adelaide tarmac rally series. This includes the main event at the end of the year, Shannons Adelaide Rally and has been extended in 2020 to cover the Barossa Sprint and Gorge Road Sprint
Sit back and enjoy this little video from the 2019 Shannons Adelaide Rally from Sports Car Safari, where we finished 3rd in class. We are running in the Classic Challenge category which means the cars are pre 1986, largely unmodified and we are speed limited to 130kph. Every second over 130kph is a 5 second penalty so that is part of the challenge, to stay below the speed limit on every stage.
