Tipping fatigue is real — and the cruise industry has been leading the charge for years with automatic gratuities. In this follow-up to our viral video on cruise tipping, we’re responding to the thousands of comments (and a little bit of hate mail) we received after deciding to remove our automatic cruise gratuities and tip in cash instead.
