This is video for Mel Bay's www.banjosessions.com in which I talk about the wrist triplet. To me the wrist triplet is the faster of the two ways to make a triplet (the other being the McTwist) and it is a little easier to relax into. On the other hand the McTwist is a natural way to make a triplet and is used extensively. In fact I use it even while I am trying to demonstrate the wrist triplet.
