At 8pm on Thursday 16th April 2020, amateur and professional musicians across the world came together to thank the Everyday Heroes who are risking so much to save lives.
Over a hundred pipers, dozens of accordionists & fiddlers, brass bands, wind ensembles, string sections, drummers, pianists, harpists, and a spot of air guitar, separated by hundreds (and in some cases thousands) of miles...
...when we asked everyone to #JoinTheBand for #EverydayHeroes we had no idea that such an incredible worldwide orchestra would be formed, and that the tune would reach the incredible heights of the no.1 spot on both the UK download chart, and the Scottish singles chart.
A massive thanks to everyone who played along with us on the night.... we have received hundreds of videos clips and have tried our very best to include as many as possible, but unfortunately it was impossible to fit in every single clip, so we are very sorry if yours hasn't been used. The choices were made completely at random and not at all based on any kind of musical/visual merit.
