Why Balen Failed to Get Budget on Time?

Every year, all municipalities in Nepal are required to present their annual budget by Asar 10. This helps ensure development work and public services run smoothly.

But this year, many municipalities, including Kathmandu and Dharan could not bring their budget on time. In the case of Kathmandu, there are some specific reasons behind the delay. This video explains what happened and why the budget was not presented on time.
