This is a lyrical and forceful Krishna Nartan, in which Guru Bipin took inspiration from the cholom tandava style of Manipuri dance. It is based on Tanchap Tala with Menkup chhanda, one interesting rhythm experiment and a pioneering work of his. Charital of 14 beats is also used in this composition. It is sung by Atashi Chatterjee and Pung Vadam by Birmangal Singh.
