Bridging knowledge for science with impact in the Amazon – Nordic–Brazilian dialogue toward and beyond COP30 was organized in Manaus on 22–24 October 2025. The three-day scientific pre-event for COP30 focused on responsible, inclusive, and impactful research and innovation in the Amazon.
The event was part of a project funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers’ NEP grant and implemented in cooperation with the Consulate of Finland in São Paulo, the Embassies of Sweden and Norway in Brasília, the Brazilian Amazonia+10 research funding program, São Paulo State’s funding agency FAPESP, and Amazonas State’s funding agency FAPEAM.
