This video demonstrates the use of molds using chocolate melts, hard candy and fondant. All molds used in this video can be found at Christine's Molds: http://www.christinesmolds.ca/
The use of shortening to make the fondant more pliable is not necessary (it is just something I learned at the Wilton courses!). Also, the dusting pouch is not always necessary when using fondant with the molds.
