Ingredients:-
Coconut- 3
Jaggery - 650gm
Green Cardamom -9
Method :-
Freshly scrape the coconuts. Now add 650 gm Jaggery ( soft aakhi gur ) made from sugarcane into the freshly grated coconut. Mix well in the kadai before turning on the heat. Now cook the mixture on medium heat in a kadai until it caramelises to produce a sticky , binding syrup( pak dewa) which is an integral part of the recipe. Add 9 crushed green Cardamoms and continue cooking until the mixture darkens and caramelises completely. This entire process shall take about 20 minutes.Then transfer the mixture to a plate and start rolling them into tight little balls while the mixture is still hot.
