I've been designing a rear bumper for my Jeep Cherokee for the past couple of weeks. I wanted to show you guys how I model an offroad bumper like this inside fusion 360. my biggest struggle with the model was figuring out how to make a foldable flat pattern of what I've drawn. I could find any information to create a flat pattern from a solid body. after struggle for a while I came up with the method I show in this video
