UNESCO World Heritage Site || Hanuman Dhoka || Basantapur Durbar Square || Kathmandu Durbar Square
Hanuman Dhoka is located in the center of Kathmandu valley in the Basantapur area. This durbar was built by King Pratap Malla. Later King Prithivi Narayan Shah built Basantapur Durbar so the name Basantapur Durbar Square came in existence.
Durbar square area is consists of hindu temples, living goddess Kumari, museum, historic durbar and many other interesting places to visit. This durbar square has been enlisted in UNESCO world heritage site.
