West Chester 8-year-old wants cure for CCHS, rare condition that makes her breathing not automatic

Nov. 14 was the first-ever International CCHS Day. CCHS stands for Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome, a rare disorder of the central nervous system that stops giving the body the signal to automatically breath.
