Raga Shudh Sarang is a bright sparkling melody sung during the afternoon time. It is a member of the Sarang family and produces a strong and lasting impression. The romantic mood of this raga is at once manifested by the simultaneous presentation of both Madhyams followed by Rishabh in Avroh (M m R).
