When we did the main channel video with Ron Hornaday at his garage and trophy shed last year, I asked how they mounted the Lajoie seat in Keelan Harvick's street stock that was sitting there. He asked why, so I told him that I was trying to figure out how to mount mine in the GNSS car. He offered to help and stopped by our shop a couple weeks later to decide after 5 minutes "You're on the right track but have no tools here. Lets just bring it to my shop and we can finish the seat and a bunch of this other stuff too"
So that is exactly what we did! In addition to learning all of that stuff on the race car, Ron also helped us fix a broken door on our trailer and the exhaust on our Audi.
A weeks worth of work later, I had a car that was ready to run after some setup stuff. The assistance from Ron probably saved 4 months of monkeying around chasing parts pieces and asking questions.
