Having a look at our Stevens Favorite restoration project. The rough woodwork is done and I put the rifle back together so you can see our progress so far. What needs to happen now is we ship the metal parts off to Snowy Mountain Blue and keep the stocks so that we can get final sanding done and start applying our oil finish. I've been using boiled linseed oil on my last couple projects and may do that again, or I might try a tung oil finish, haven't decided yet.
