Crunchy and delicious veggie with béchamel cheesy sauce is perfect for nice simple dinner. It takes 30 minutes to prepare.
Bake it for 20 minutes 180°C
Ingredients:
750 g fresh broccoli
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cumin spice
1 tsp veggies mix spices
1/2 cup milk 1.5 % fat
2 cups cornflakes
Chives
Blackpepper & salt
Béchamel sauce with baby spinach
100 g butter
4 tbsp flour
600 ml full cream
250 ml milk 1.5 % fat
1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup gouda cheese
1/4 tsp veggies mix spices
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
Parmesan cheese
Blackpepper & salt
Nutmeg
