Blueberry Swim Biscuits Recipe

These blueberry swim biscuits are soft, buttery, and filled with juicy blueberries and basically are dessert you can eat for breakfast. They’re quick, simple, and beyond good.
Ingredients:
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
• ½ tablespoon baking powder
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ¾ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup melted butter (for the baking dish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
2. Pour melted butter into an 6x6-inch baking dish (or similar).
3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add buttermilk and mix until just combined.
5. Gently fold in blueberries.
6. Pour the batter over the butter in the baking dish—do not stir.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set.
8. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm!
Note:
This single recipe makes about 6 regular biscuits. If you double it, you’ll get 9 thick biscuits like Royale Eats!
