How to prepare snails Moroccan way by Sihams Kitchen:
2 litter and half water or less boil it.
Then add this spices (see video).
Put all in cheese cloth.
1 tsp from each spice.
Salt/ملح
1 tea bag/أتاي
Oregano/الزعتر
Thyme/زعيتر
Anis seeds/حبة حلاوة
Dry mint or fresh/النعناع جاف أو طري
Leaf of one orange/قشرة برتقالة
Red hot pepper/السودانية
Caraway seeds/الكروية
Marjoram/مرددوش
Licorice/ عرق سوس
Throw all the jus in the can and wash the snails with water.
After 15 minutes cooking the spices add the snails then let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
