The Inclusion Seekers effort, founded by Starfire, is dedicated to reducing social isolation for individuals with developmental disabilities by fostering meaningful community connections. This session will explore the innovative approach of Inclusion Seekers, highlighting how individuals, families, neighbors, and service providers work together to highlight people's gifts and explore their community. Attendees will gain insights into community integration, creative ways of support and the impact of social connectivity.
