The Band of HM Royal Marines Commando Training Centre - London Band Week Tattoo 2023

The Band of HM Royal Marines Commando Training Centre supporting the first ever London Band Week Tattoo at the Excel Arena in East London.
London Band Week is an event that champions youth music and aims to inspire the next generation of musicians and marching bands alongside hosting international guests to share their own cultures of marching music!

During the video you will also hear from Musn James Edwards of the Royal Marines Band Service explaining their involvement in the event and Drum Major Julia Boylan from the Pride of the Southland Marching Band from the university of Tennassee who is believed to be the first American marching band Drum Major to conduct the Royal Marines Band Service officially.

The Band of HM Royal Marines Commando Training Centre were under the direction of Major Ian Davies who led their display and also conducted the massed bands finale Norwegian Pirate and Sunset.
