This refreshing cocktail from Panda & Sons has ROKU gin at its heart, it’s a light, crisp effervescent cocktail, perfect for a summer’s day – using wild chamomile (pineapple weed) of Scotland combined with strong sweet pineapple aroma and taste.

Ingredients:
Add 40ml Roku Gin
Add 15ml Gyokuro & Sencha tea vermouth
Add 15ml wild chamomile tea cordial
Stir with ice (15ml dilution)
