Hey everyone, Finchinator here with the tierlist to end all tierlist's: a full BW OU tierlist from Latios in S Rank all the way down to Claydol in F Rank!
Obviously the production value is low and the narration is a tad rusty, but if people think more content would be appreciated, let me know in comments and I may very well deliver, especially as we approach October/November! BW has always been my favorites and I have frequented the metagame since 2011, so there's certainly no lack of knowledge or experience.
