Friends/Family put together a gathering to deliver on "The MURPH" workout over the weekend. 1-mile run followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats...finish it all off with another 1-mile run. Burned 845 calories and got it done around the 1-hour mark. Took a wrong-turn on the final mile so not sure on the exact time...
