About Furkan
Hello! My name is Furkan, and I’m a philosopher and language instructor from İzmir, Turkey. I was born in Istanbul and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Dokuz Eylül University, where I’m currently doing my Master’s degree as well.

Philosophy, cinema, and video games have always been at the center of my interests. They shape the way I think, learn, and teach, and they help me bring creativity, depth, and enjoyment into my lessons.

My main focus is pronunciation and grammar, but I also help students with speaking, vocabulary, and daily expressions, depending on their goals. I create different programs for each student and choose the best materials for their level, combining them with my own resources.


I also make Turkish podcasts and record dialogues for intermediate and advanced learners. These are all part of my lessons, together with grammar and speaking practice. Over the past year, I’ve taught many students aged 8 to 16, and I use a special program for children that makes learning both fun and effective.


I always test and refine new strategies to make sure my students get the best results. In my lessons, I use PDFs, videos, and audio materials to keep things dynamic and interesting. I believe language learning works best when it connects with your own interests, so I always design lessons around what you enjoy, whether it’s movies, philosophy, or video games.
