Actually, it is clear, it's just weird.
This accident occured in Rostov-na-Donu on July 27th, 2012. The kid trying to cross caused the accident and ran away.
The og video is deleted. It was shared in a few places. Multiple places that reuploaded the video used the title "Маленький засранец" and others, including a source that often gets videos from ru-chp, although it doesn't appear the video was shared there.
Looking for this crash, you may find a short video that looks to be og, which claims that the accident occured on August 6th, 2012. With this, we'd be making 2 assumptions:
-The date stamp is wrong
-The video was edited from this length to about 23 seconds using YouTube video editor after it was uploaded.
In any case, this can't be right, because the video was shared in other places by July 30th, 2012. Unclear why the uploader is giving false info but also seems to have exclusive info on the crash as if they were the driver or og uploader.
