This patient is severely pronated. 35 Degree Inverted Orthotic devices are being used to correct most of the pronation. One side is having a slightly higher correction applied (medial Kirby Skive) since the correction was not perfect yet. She has had chronic issues and complete support of the foot pronation to get the TC (aka Achilles) Angle in Neutral is being constructed. Can you see which foot needs a little more medial column support? Rich Blake
