What is Law? (in ten minutes)

I explain what law is in about ten minutes. Everyone should know something about law, it is not just for lawyers. Knowledge of law is part of our duties of residence and citizenship. A nation of laws requires an informed citizenry who understand law. Don't be confused by it, just take some time to learn about it. This video is a good step to learn, refresh your learning, or think about it with a new perspective.
