Child Life Specialists at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) share what children and their parents should expect if they are having surgery at our hospital. This includes the steps each patient takes during their surgical experience, the caregivers parents and kids will meet along the way, and how parents can help their child better cope with surgery.
