Sunflower Pate:
2 cups raw sunflower seeds, soaked for 6 to 8 hours
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely diced shallots
2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Herbamare or sea salt

♡ Who are we, anyway? ♡

We're Wandering Footsteps, a family of three living full-time out of a self-converted tiny-home-on-wheels... since way before #vanlife was a thing! Bruno started off in a Toyota Land Cruiser in 1998 (!) and, after 400,000km and an around-the-world trip under his belt, he met Brittany in 2012 in Mozambique (random!). She moved in the next day, and we've been going ever since! Though we eventually traded in our Toyota for a shuttle bus (and had a baby along the way) our goal remains the same - to travel slowly around the world, learning, discovering, and living freely and simply in our Big Blue Bus home!
