The Kombi 7211-DS4-2012 vacuum lifter is a device with 2 independent vacuum circuits, as required in EU standard EN 13155 for building sites.

The basic device is equipped with 6 suction cups and it is therefore able to move loads weighing up to 300 kg on EU construction sites. By attaching additional extension arms, the lifting capacity can be increased incrementally up to 600 kg.

Because every suction cup can be mounted and removed from the device quickly and easily, it is also possible to adapt the unit rapidly to suit loads of different shapes. This includes using the device to lift long, narrow strips of glass such as those used on conservatories or greenhouses.

The large ball bearing used makes rotation in a perpendicular plane really easy. This video illustrates how that is done, as well as the tilting operation. In this process, the device is able to hold a steel plate weighing approx. 300 kg. Which is what the basic device is also intended to move in practice.
