(READ DESCRIPTION) Return of the jedi Lego animation project archive 2015

the audio got muted due to copyright which I don't blame because it is just the full audio of the film unaltered. I might upload the parts with audio separately if it doesn't affect my channel but you could theoretically just play the film along with it. for the same effect

So I never planned on uploading this.(at least until it was finished) this was basically the first big stop motion project I ever made as a kid and while I look back now and see how poorly made it was I still like to look back at where I started making videos and see how much I've improved. This whole video was made on my old iPod touch in the old Lego stop motion app. As a kid I planned to recreate the whole movie in Lego but many things got in the way. As a kid I didn't have the money to get every set that would be required not to mention I never learned how to properly edit or do the proper effects I wanted. (you can see this in the space scenes the explosions and the glitches/lack of audio which I just recorded off the speakers of my TV) As I got older life got in the way and when I eventually did learn how to properly edit and animate I felt I couldn't go back to this without completely redoing everything or scraping it entirely. At that point I decided to just upload the only finished scene to my channel which has sat for 9 years. since then it has sat on my computer for almost 10 years and I feel now to throw it away would be a disservice to the effort I put into this as a kid while I don't think this video is good at all I hope that others along with myself can look at back at it for what it is as a very ambitious dream of a small kid that while never fully finished led to so much more than they would have ever thought when they decided to sit down and take a few pictures of their favorite Legos for fun.
