I recorded it many times in hopes to not overshare or under share. This experience has been eye opening and I'm thankful to God for giving me the intuition and strength to decide to move on.
So many hold on in hopes that they can change or somehow save the person because they remember how good the love bombing phase felt.
Remember who you are and what you deserve. Love doesn't devalue, degrade, insult, Love isn't selfish.💜🙏🏾
