Since we use floor monitors still, we don't want any extra sound bouncing around the room, so we mute the monitors that are not being used. In addition, whatever vocal channels are not being used, those faders should be brought all the way down instead of muting them. I demonstrate why in the video.
Note: This instructional video is for those on the sound team who attend this church. It does not explain any details on how I programmed the X32 to do the particular functions in the video.
