In this 3 minute video I demonstrate a quick, easy, and very effective cable lacing knot. It is much quicker than many of the examples you will see and works great.

The knot was shown to me by Scott Wood who was the Senior Engineer in the Display Electronics Department which was part of Radar Systems at the Hughes Aircraft Company when I worked there in the late 1970s.
I have passed it on to many young engineers and technicians over the years and I thought you would like to know it as well.

I bought two spools of this 30 years ago and I am still working on the first one. One spool lasts a very long time. Thus I would recommend buying only one spool for personal use.
