How to Build a Sales Process in Airtable

Many businesses have an upfront estimate or consultation model - it goes something like this:
1. Someone is interested in your services and schedules some time to receive a consultation from you or an estimate. You go into that consultation or meeting with the goal of seeing if this prospect is a good fit for your business - AND if your business is a good fit for them.
2. You submit a proposal/estimate once you understand the scope of the work that the prospect is looking for.
3. Once that prospect decides to buy, they become a client. At that point, you need to walk them through the operations of your business so that you can provide the best service possible for them.
