In this video, Elliott walks you through the process of brewing coffee with a stunning syphon. Using the Baratza Vario W+ at setting 8A with a halogen heat lamp.
Because syphon brewing uses glass, heat, and pressure, it’s important to stay focused throughout.
Recipe:
Coffee: 30g, ground at setting 8A on the Baratza Vario W+
Water: 500g, preheated to 185°F
