What If Frieza trained since the Destruction of Planet Vegeta?

The thought of Frieza training early has been at the forefront of our minds as Dragon Ball fans since Resurrection F. The self proclaimed Emperor of the Universe made a drastic leap in power - going from the power he displayed on Namek, to godly levels of power in his final form - which is actually his base form - to even surpassing the power of a Super Saiyan God with his Golden Form.
While characters like Goku needed a ritual to just become a Super Saiyan God and Vegeta needed specific training from a being stronger than the gods themselves to match that power - Frieza did...basic training with some nobody for like four months.
Now, I often exclude Frieza’s potential in what if’s due to how broken it truly is and how it undermines most stories if used - like say giving it to Cell and having Cell train with it. Today is an exception though. In today’s Dragon Ball what if we cross the boundaries of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super to find out what would happen if Frieza had trained since the destruction of Planet Vegeta or more appropriately - What If Frieza ALWAYS trained? Always meaning the time in the series we actually see since we don't know when Frieza was born.
