Shri Khamwang Lowang, Chief of Kaimai village, was born to Shri Wangpam Lowang & Smti Haliam Lowang in a humble household on 14th January, 1958. He did his graduation from J N College Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh. He is the first person to ever record Nocte modern songs in AIR Dibrugarh in early 1970s.
This particular song "O ni na nak sap mang-o" is his first Nocte song recorded in AIR Dibrugarh and is a lullaby which is sung by a parent to his/her child. The remake of this song blends modern rhythms into its traditional soul, creating a refreshing symphony that feels both familiar and new.
