This is the first phase of my four-phase Whole Artist Mastery painting process where you let loose and explore, guided by your feelings and senses rather than your intellect or a particular agenda. But you can employ Reckless Abandon whenever you need to in a painting. In this video, I go back into a painting I already started and continue with another session of Reckless Abandon and I explain why and how I do it.
