The Fountain is basically a repeating 9-beat move: 3-counts of forward weave (over/under/out), 3-counts of backward weave (under/over/out), 3-counts of windmill (front/back/front) and then return to the back for the "over" beginning the next forward weave. Hopefully this helps explain it.
