🥁 “Closer to Her” – Big Fish (Broadway Drum Cover)

In this memorable number from Big Fish, Edward Bloom takes a job at Amos Calloway’s circus, working for free in exchange for clues about Sandra Templeton, the girl of his dreams. Amos agrees to give Edward one clue per month — and after three years of free labor, Edward finally discovers that Amos is a werewolf.

When Edward reassures Amos that he doesn’t have to be ashamed of his secret, Amos reveals Sandra’s name, the college she’s attending, and the fact that she loves daffodils. This pivotal moment propels Edward closer to finding the love of his life.
