The Standard foot is equipped with a tape and cording guide. This is adjustable for fine tapes or elastic up to a width of 4 mm. There is also a small opening to guide a cord, tape or wire. The adjustability allows the inserted cord or tape to be guided to the left or right needle or to the right of the needles into a rolled hem. A seam or hem can be reinforced with a tape or decorated, or a rolled hem can be accentuated with fish line or wire. The guide is easy to use for a precise result.
