This is one of the common deep-fried fish dishes that you can easily find in Malay Stalls.

Ingredients
6 Short-Bodied Mackerel (ikan kembung)
1 Tsp Tumeric Powder
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
Batter Mixture: (For 10)
75g Wheat Flour
60g Rice Flour
a pinch of salt
a dash of pepper
125ml Water
1 Egg
