For standard Alac Luminary it is recommended to go 15% boon duration for full uptime, but due to all the mechanics in HT I found it very uncomfortable to keep up boons while doing damage and dealing with mechanics. I had a couple pulls with good results on 25% but in the end I opted for same bd as our pqfb build 38% since it's convenient to use same gear for the two (minus relic). Likewise, I really tried to make it work by using standard rotation for more dmg but boons kept dropping for phases like Primordus, Mordre, Zhaitan, Soo-Won especially on ppl doing greens so full forge on spear was inevitable.
Couple of mistakes here still but it's the first run I got with good alac on everyone and no phases completely messed up so it'll do for now. Sadly this was also one of the lower final dps number logs I got, best one being 23.5k ish.
