Was craving carrots so decided to make a Japanese curry. The sweetness from the curry goes really well with carrots!
Ready in 40 minutes. Cost: $10
Ingredients:
Japanese curry (I'm using half a pack for 5 servings)
1 large carrot or 2-3 smaller carrots
1 large onion
2 chicken breasts (you can also use beef)
2 cups water
Serve with rice, pasta or bread
Enjoy!
