It's finally time for another tutorial! This time I'm showing you how I made the hat for my Veigar cosplay from League of Legends!
Materials I used:
-Cardboard
-Blue Fabric
-EVA-Foam 1cm, 5mm, 3mm thickness
-Contact Cement
-PVA Woodglue
Acrylic Paint
Brushes
-Fluffy Cushionfilling
