U.S. President Donald Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to Moscow next week with other senior officials for talks with Russian leaders about a possible peace plan for Ukraine, the Kremlin says. Bloomberg News published a transcript Tuesday of a call between Witkoff and the Russian government last month in which he advised the Kremlin on pitching its plan for Ukraine to Trump.
