Today we are cooking Traditional Moroccan Cookies, Ghriba Semolina cookies; Moroccan Coconut Cookies. Moroccan cookie made with coconut and semolina is extra tender and very easy. Ghriba is another word for cookie in the Arabic language. Ghriba is very popular cookie in Morocco.
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
Pinch of salt
90g sugar
125g shredded coconut
65g vegetable oil
135g fine semolina
5g baking powder
1 lemon zest
Orange blossom water
powder sugar
