Actor Josh Weber portrays a person with catatonic schizophrenia in a mass emergency shelter and receiving a psychiatric evaluation by Dr. Richard Nockowitz of MyPsychiatricPartner.com after having been in the shelter for 3+ days. This is from The National Demonstration Project: The Use of Tele-psychiatry in Mass Emergency Shelters, July 14, 2015, at the Ashland County Service Center, 1763 State Route 60, Ashland, Ohio. During the event, two small tornadoes were recorded in Knox County, south of the Service Center, and severe thunderstorms interfered with MIFI/cellular tower communications.
